Rajon Ki Baoli

Rajon Ki Baoli is a three-story stepwell defined by its series of narrow, descending stone platforms and arched colonnades that disappear into the earth. Built in fifteen oh six during the rule of the Lodi dynasty, this rectangular structure was commissioned by a nobleman named Daulat Khan to provide water and a cool refuge from the Delhi heat.
