Dizengoff Center is a sprawling, maze-like retail complex that spans both sides of Dizengoff Street. You can identify it by the enclosed pedestrian bridges that cross above the road, physically linking its two halves. Designed by architects Yitzhak Yashar and Aliza Toledo, it opened in nineteen seventy-seven as the first shopping mall in Israel. The structure was built on the site of the former Nordiya neighborhood and occupies a significant footprint in the heart of Tel Aviv.
