The most recognizable feature of this building is the massive, bright red Ferris wheel that rises from its roof. Reaching a peak of one hundred and six meters above the ground, the wheel spans seventy-five meters in diameter and stands out against the surrounding urban skyline. It opened in nineteen ninety-eight as the first Ferris wheel in the world to be built as a fully integrated part of a commercial structure, with the boarding area situated on the seventh floor.
