Umekita Park

Umekita Park is a sprawling green landscape of roughly four and a half hectares that occupies the center of the Grand Green Osaka district. You can identify it by the expansive, sculpted lawns and modern water features that provide a sharp contrast to the towering glass skyscrapers surrounding the north side of Osaka Station. The park serves as a hub for public gatherings and is engineered to function as a wide-area evacuation site capable of sheltering over thirty thousand people in an emergency.
