The Cross Shinjuku Vision is a nineteen-meter-long, eight-meter-high curved LED screen mounted on the corner of the Cross Shinjuku Building near the east exit of Shinjuku Station. Its most recognizable feature is a computer-generated calico cat that appears to lounge, yawn, and peer out from the building's facade. This display uses anamorphic illusion technology, where the curvature of the screen and the perspective of the content trick the eye into seeing three-dimensional depth from the plaza below.
