Fergburger

Fergburger is recognizable by the long queue of people that almost always spills out onto Shotover Street. It began in two thousand and one as a tiny shop in a garage off Cow Lane, where founder Anthony Smith cooked burgers on two simple barbecues. Because the original location was tucked away and difficult to find, the business relied entirely on word of mouth to build its reputation among locals and skiers.
