Most Tumski

Most Tumski is a riveted steel bridge spanning the northern branch of the Oder River, characterized by its deep green color and the two stone figures of Saint Jadwiga and Saint John the Baptist guarding its entrance from the Sand Island side. Built in eighteen eighty-nine, the bridge replaced a long-standing wooden crossing to connect the city with Ostrów Tumski, the oldest part of Wrocław.
