Kobe Terrace is a hillside park defined by its terraced stone paths that wind along the steep slope between South Washington and South Main Streets. You can identify the space by the two-hundred-year-old stone lantern, a Yukimidoro, which stands on the higher ground. The park occupies a distinct acre in the International District, situated just west of the interstate, where it offers a quiet view of the city traffic below.
