Docklands Park is defined by a series of warped grass platforms, a tilted cylinder, and an eccentric cone that rise above the surrounding landscape. These distinct, sculptural mounds are more than decorative features. They act as containment repositories for low-level contaminated waste excavated from the site during the area's massive urban renewal.
