Parques del Río

Parques del Río is a linear park recognizable by the way it stretches along both banks of the Medellín River, effectively burying major transit highways beneath a sprawling, green pedestrian surface. Developed to reconnect the city to its primary waterway, the project was designed by the Colombian firm Latitud Taller de Arquitectura y Ciudad and officially opened its first phase in two thousand nineteen.
