Hotel Boutique Villa de Sant

Hotel Boutique Villa de Sant is a neoclassical mansion set at the corner of Robles and Reina Victoria streets. Its facade is distinguished by ornate, two-story Italian-style architecture, a design commissioned in the early nineteen hundreds by Doctor Antonio Sáenz Merino. The architect, Francisco Durini Cáceres, created the house at a time when Quito’s upper class began moving toward the La Alameda and Mariscal sectors to build homes away from the city's historic center.
