The Moulin de la Tour is a stone windmill standing among residential apartment buildings in Ivry-sur-Seine. It is the last surviving windmill in the Val-de-Marne department, a remnant from a time when the landscape around Paris was defined by fields of grain. The structure contains stones inscribed with the dates fourteen fifteen and sixteen eighty, and it appears on maps of the region from as early as seventeen thirty.
