Les Frigos is a massive, concrete warehouse easily identified by the layers of wild graffiti covering its heavy walls and its distinctively industrial architecture, including high, pointed roofs. Built in nineteen twenty-one, the building originally functioned as a refrigerated railway depot that supplied fresh food to the Les Halles market. Trains once arrived here day and night, carrying meat and produce from across France and even as far as Argentina.
