The Square des Peupliers is a small, triangular pedestrian loop in the thirteenth arrondissement of Paris, identifiable by its stone and brick townhouses and quiet, cobblestoned paths. Opened in nineteen twenty-six, this private residential enclave was built on land that once belonged to the village of Gentilly.
