Maison Planeix

The Maison Planeix is defined by its stark, geometric lines and a prominent bow window that breaks the flat, industrial-style façade along the Boulevard Masséna. Built between nineteen twenty-five and nineteen twenty-eight, this villa was designed by the architect Le Corbusier and his cousin Pierre Jeanneret for Antonin Planeix, a sculptor who specialized in funerary monuments and enamel portraiture.
