Square Necker is an urban park in the fifteenth arrondissement of Paris, occupying the entire city block bounded by Rue La Quintinie, Rue Bargue, Rue Tessier, and Rue de la Procession. Created in nineteen hundred, this green space takes its name from Jacques Necker, a Swiss financier and politician who served as a director general of finance under King Louis the Sixteenth.
