La Ruche, which translates to The Beehive, is recognizable by a high entrance gate obscured by thick, climbing ivy. Located at number two Passage Dantzig, this three-story, octagonal structure sits tucked away from the street. It is a circular building originally designed by Gustave Eiffel for the nineteen hundred World’s Fair, where it functioned as a wine rotunda.
