Vaugirard Cemetery

Vaugirard Cemetery sits along Rue Lecourbe, marked by an entrance that opens into one of the oldest active burial grounds in Paris. Established in seventeen eighty-seven, this compact site covers one and a half hectares and holds roughly twenty-five hundred graves tucked beneath ninety-five trees of seventeen different species.
