Parc Georges-Brassens is identifiable by the two bronze bull sculptures that stand watch over its entrance gates. These statues, created by sculptor Isidore Bonheur, are remnants of the site's former life as the Vaugirard slaughterhouses, which operated here between the late nineteenth century and the mid-nineteen seventies.
