Opened in nineteen ninety-two, this fourteen-hectare space sits directly on the Left Bank of the Seine in the fifteenth arrondissement. It stands on the exact site where André Citroën operated a sprawling automobile manufacturing plant from nineteen fifteen until the nineteen seventies.
