The Maison de la Radio et de la Musique is instantly recognizable by its immense, circular shape and the sixty-eight-meter tower rising from its center. Sitting on the banks of the Seine in the sixteenth arrondissement, this massive ring of glass and aluminum spans nearly five hundred meters in circumference. It was designed by architect Henry Bernard to house the scattered offices and broadcasting studios of French state radio under one roof.
