Théâtre national de Chaillot

The Théâtre national de Chaillot is defined by its wide, curved Art Deco wings that cradle the Place du Trocadéro and open toward the Eiffel Tower. Built for the nineteen thirty-seven International Exhibition, the structure occupies the site of the former Palais du Trocadéro. While its facade is a monumental presence in the sixteenth arrondissement, the theater is best known today as a national hub for dance.
