Théâtre Ouvert occupies a building at one hundred fifty-nine Avenue Gambetta that once housed rehearsals for the Théâtre de l'Est parisien. Its modern facade and interior configuration reflect a two thousand twenty-one relocation to this site in the twentieth arrondissement. Inside, the space contains a large auditorium at the rear of the property and a smaller performance area on the first floor above street level.
