The Jardin de l'Hôtel-Lamoignon—Mark-Ashton is a small, quiet public green space nestled against the historic Hôtel de Lamoignon. You can identify the site by its leafy lawn, ivy-covered walls, and the juxtaposition of its peaceful garden atmosphere against the backdrop of one of the oldest private mansions in the Marais. Originally a dependency of the sixteenth-century hôtel, the garden opened to the public in nineteen sixty-nine.
