Within the covered space of the Marché Forville, a food stall known as L’AS Gourmet offers prepared Mediterranean dishes from a mobile setup. Founded eight years ago by Julie, a Cannes native, and Alexandre, who is from Avignon, the stand is identifiable by its daily offerings of paella, squid prepared in the Sète style, and local fish soup served with homemade rouille and croutons.
