Hans-Sachs-Straße two is a four-story corner building finished in eighteen ninety-seven. Designed by architect Hermann Berthold, the structure features a distinctive corner oriel, a projecting bay window typical of the neobaroque style used in Munich at the end of the nineteenth century. It is a registered cultural heritage monument in the Glockenbach district.
