Stollbergstraße eleven is a nineteenth-century apartment building characterized by a prominent, elevated corner section and rich facade detailing, including decorative plasterwork. Completed around eighteen seventy, the structure displays the distinct Maximilian style of the era, a design approach named for the nearby Maximilianstraße. It is recognized as a protected heritage monument in Munich, standing alongside other historic residential buildings in the Graggenau district.
