Dionysiou Areopagitou is a wide, paved pedestrian promenade that runs for about eight hundred and thirty meters along the southern slope of the Acropolis. You can identify the path by the dense mix of ancient archaeological sites on one side and a row of elegant neoclassical mansions and modernist houses on the other. It begins near the Arch of Hadrian and stretches westward until it meets the paths leading toward Filopappos Hill.
