Motu Jalebiwala sits in Tripolia Bazar near Rawaton Ka Bass, distinguished by the scent of desi ghee and the oversized, crispy jalebis prepared in large batches. Now operated by the fourth generation of the family, the shop traces its origins back over one hundred and twenty-five years. While it operates today as Motu Jalebiwala, the business originally began under the name Chhailaram Ramlal.
