Ghantaghar

The Ghantaghar, or Clock Tower, rises above the dense, winding lanes of Udaipur’s Old City as a distinct stone structure. Built in eighteen eighty-seven, it served as the city’s first public timepiece at a time when most residents relied on traditional water clocks to track their day.
