Minimal Tomigaya is a flagship craft chocolate store identified by a thick wooden counter set within a bright, white-themed interior along Yamanote-dori Avenue. Founded in two thousand fourteen, the shop functions as the birthplace of the Minimal brand, which pioneered the bean-to-bar movement in Japan. The space is dedicated to an integrated manufacturing process where staff manage everything from the procurement of cacao beans to the final roast and grind on-site.
