The shop occupies a compact, industrial-style space where two high school friends, Hayato Naruse and Keitaro Suzuki, combined their professional backgrounds to open a business. Naruse, who spent years working as a sushi chef both in Japan and Arizona, applies the same precise techniques to his sandwich preparation.
