Jardín Allende is the main plaza of San Miguel de Allende, defined by its manicured laurel trees and rows of wrought-iron benches. It serves as the city’s social center, where the sound of music from the central gazebo often carries across the open space. Flanking the south side of the square stands the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, a church recognizable by its distinct neo-Gothic pink towers.
