The Organisation Alaouite pour la Promotion des Aveugles, or OAPAM, operates as a community center dedicated to supporting individuals with visual impairments. Established in nineteen sixty-eight by royal decree, the organization was created to unify the efforts of various groups providing assistance to the blind and those with low vision throughout Morocco.
