The restaurant occupies a space featuring a retractable awning and a covered walkway that protects diners from the elements while they eat outdoors. A distinct mechanical feature of the patio area is the geothermal underfloor heating installed beneath the concrete, which uses the city’s natural volcanic energy to warm the courtyard floor.
