Geumgwanchong

Geumgwanchong is a large, grassy burial mound in the Noseo-dong neighborhood of Gyeongju, rising twelve meters high with a diameter of forty-five meters. This tomb dates to the early sixth century and belongs to the Silla Kingdom, a period when local royalty were interred in stone-mounded graves to protect their wealth from plunder.
