Gyerim Forest is defined by its thick, sprawling collection of ancient zelkova and willow trees. Tucked between the Cheomseongdae Observatory and the site of the former Wolseong Fortress, this small woodland is a nationally designated historic site known as the birthplace of the Gyeongju Kim clan.
