The Firuz Ağa Cami sits directly along the Divanyolu Avenue, distinguished by a minaret that stands on the left side of the building rather than the traditional right. Built in fourteen ninety-one, it remains one of the city's earliest Ottoman mosques, commissioned by Firuz Ağa, who served as the chief treasurer to Sultan Bayezid the Second.
