Tarihi Eminönü Balık Ekmek

You will recognize Tarihi Eminönü Balık Ekmek by the three ornate, gilded boats moored along the waterfront of the Golden Horn, just below the Galata Bridge. These vessels, with their bright paint and traditional styling, are the site of a long-standing culinary custom in Istanbul where fresh fish is grilled directly on board and served as a simple sandwich with onions and lettuce.
