Hotel Ziggy occupies a prominent spot on the Sunset Strip, easily identified by its exterior walls covered in layered musical memorabilia and a prominent neon sign featuring a mouth with a tongue sticking out. Opened in April twenty twenty-two, the property occupies a building originally constructed in nineteen fifty-five as the Park Sunset Apartments. Before its current identity, the site operated for years as the Grafton on Sunset.
