Wing Ice Cream Parlor is tucked between a lei shop and an herbal medicine supplier near the corner of Pauahi and Maunakea streets in Honolulu's Chinatown. You can identify the storefront by a small hanging sign that features a drawing of a flying ice cream cone. Inside the tiny, eclectic space, owner and operator Miller Wing Royer creates inventive, small-batch ice cream flavors using ingredients like lemongrass, garlic, rose, and matcha.
