Neptune Oyster occupies a compact space on Salem Street in Boston’s North End, defined by a pressed-tin ceiling and a marble bar that seats only a few dozen people. Since opening in two thousand four, the restaurant has operated as a raw bar specializing in East Coast oysters and seafood dishes.
