Esther's Kitchen

Esther’s Kitchen is defined by the large windows and expansive, modern dining space located at eleven thirty-one South Main Street in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District. Chef James Trees, a Las Vegas native, opened the restaurant in twenty eighteen to serve seasonal Italian dishes, including wood-fired sourdough pizzas and hand-cut pastas. He named the establishment after his great-aunt Esther, who supported his culinary education at the Culinary Institute of America and provided a legacy that helped him return home to start his own kitchen.
