The Foster/White Gallery is marked by the large, prominent display windows along its street-level facade at two hundred twenty Third Avenue South. It began as the Richard White Gallery in nineteen sixty-six, when it opened at three hundred eleven and a half Occidental Avenue South in the Pioneer Square district.
