Pier Sixty-two is a one-acre public space on the Seattle waterfront defined by its open, flat concrete deck and a floating dock that reaches directly into Elliott Bay. Built upon one hundred and seventy-five steel piles, the pier replaced a structure originally dating to nineteen oh one. It is characterized by its wide, unobstructed views of the Olympic Mountains and the surrounding Salish Sea.
