MultiBrussels

Multi is an eighteen-story office tower characterized by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that overlook the Place de Brouckère in the heart of Brussels. The structure stands as a large-scale example of urban circularity, built through a process that retained the original concrete skeleton of an older building on the site. By repurposing nearly ninety percent of the existing concrete, the renovation avoided the carbon emissions typically associated with major demolition and new construction.
