The BOZAR building in Brussels is a sprawling Art Deco complex defined by its sober, geometric facade and a massive, multi-level interior that avoids the clutter of a permanent collection. Designed by the architect Victor Horta and completed in nineteen twenty-nine, it functions as a rotating cultural platform for exhibitions, concerts, and performances rather than a traditional museum.
