The Ascenseur des Marolles is a set of two independent glass-and-metal elevator cabins that bridge the sharp elevation change between the Marolles district and the higher ground of the city. You can identify them by their tall, twenty-seven-meter metal frame that stands at the edge of the Square Breughel l'Ancien, connected to the upper level of the Place Poelaert by a long, thirty-five-meter metal walkway.
