The Cinema Vendôme sits at eighteen chaussée de Wavre, identified by the large, distinct signage marking its entrance near the Porte de Namur. Established in nineteen fifty-two by Henry Fol, the theater began as a single-screen venue on Avenue Louise dedicated to art-house films. In the late nineteen seventies, it became one of the first multi-screen cinemas in Belgium when Fol divided the original space.
