Zando Yamatonge

Zando ya Matonge sits on the Chaussée de Wavre, a storefront packed with the ingredients and goods of the Congolese diaspora. The shelves hold rows of dried and smoked fish, exotic fruits, bundles of cassava leaves, and jars of spices. This shop began about thirty years ago, founded by the parents of the current proprietor, Cédric.
